Charlotte Miller is chef and CEO Owner of two social enterprises that help previously incarcerated people get trained in the hospitality industry through classes and hands on opportunity. The companies support local farms and have a mission on helping food security issues. Charlotte was the first black female chef in the 113 year history at Hermitage Hotel in Nashville, TN. Her experience came through the islands and keys where she perfected casual island life with luxury. She has work for two James Beard nominated companies and featured in vogue with her brunch restaurant Amot. As well as the chef to many celebrities when staying at various hotels she worked. She was also recognized as one of the top women in food and beverage buy Jack Daniels. She was formally trained at New England Culinary Institute.
