Naima Walker Fierce

Naima is the majority owner of Germantown Pub, a popular neighborhood food-driven sports bar.  Naima is also a partner at COGO Partners, a boutique legal recruiting firm focused on placing diverse attorneys at law firms and corporates. Naima spent ten years leading the legal recruiting efforts of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, one of the world’s most prestigious law firms, where shewas a member of the firm’s Executive Director Group, together with the heads of Finance, IT, Marketing and HR, and was involved in a broad range of high-level finance, business and law firmadministrative matters. Prior to Weil, Naima practiced corporate law at an international law firm and was previously Assistant General Counsel at Clear Channel Entertainment. In addition to sitting on the Les Dames d’Escoffier Nashville Board, she sits on the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law Board, the University School of Nashville Board of Trustees, and New York based Iris House Board of Advisors.
