West Coast native, Pastry Chef Lokelani Alabanza recently launched her own ice cream company, Saturated Ice Cream. Alabanza attended the New England Culinary Institute, and worked at Sven’s Hus #13 in Denmark, Good Taste in Oregon, and the Center for Culinary Development in San Fransisco. She was pastry cook for Elizabeth Belkind at L.A. Grace Restaurant, and for Dahlia Narvaez and Nancy Silverton at Campanile. She was Executive Pastry Chef at Beso Hollywood. Her position as Executive Pastry Chef at the Hutton Hotel originally brought her to Nashville.
