Laura is a trained chef and event planner. Laura grew up in Dearborn, Michigan and worked in the automotive industry out of graduate school. In 2006 Laura switched gears and attended culinary school in Denver, Colorado. After graduating she worked for Williams-Sonoma, Share Our Strength and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association as the Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner culinary director. Laura recently launched Laura Hagen Personal Chef Services LLC, in Tennessee, and provides menu planning, small-event catering and virtual cooking classes.
