Les Dames d’Escoffier (LDEI) Nashville announces “Restaurant Invention and Reinvention,” the second installment of its year-long educational workshop series “Sustain & Flourish in Adversity” on Monday, May 3. The free year-long educational workshop series by and for women in food, fine beverage, hospitality and farming – made possible through a grant from The Women’s Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee – will include five one-hour topical discussions featuring industry experts and LDEI Nashville members representing all facets of the hospitality industry.
Registration is now open for “Restaurant Invention and Reinvention” on Monday, May 3, at noon featuring member experts, including Margot McCormack, executive chef and co-owner of Margot Cafe & Bar; Deb Paquette, executive chef of Etch, etc., and Jasper's; Caroline Galzin, partner and director of operations of Nicky's Coal Fired; and moderated by Erin Byers Murray, editor in chief of The Local Palate.
