Les Dames Nashville will be sharing a previously recorded panel discussion on how to make both your front and back of house more diverse and inclusive.

This conversation was originally held in 2022 at Yay Yay's on Jefferson as part of our "Desegregating Nashville's Food Scene" series that was organized in response to racial tensions sparked in 2020 and 2021.

We are currently holding our second round of these discussions and are offering this virtual Lunch & Learn as an opportunity to learn how you can bring these practices into your business to create a more inclusive environment for guests and employees alike.
