Dubbed the first daughter of bourbon by the late Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson, Trudy has a passion for all things beverage and in 2018 became one of a dozen to achieve the Certified Spirits Educators designation from the Society of Wine & Spirits Educators. During her 20-year career she has worked as Director of Beverage across the United States in both celebrity chef driven restaurants, including a four-year tour with Chef Wolfgang Puck and twelve years for Marriott International including six years with Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville. Currently she is the Corporate Director of Beverage for Red Pebbles Hospitality which includes 16 Emmy Squared Pizza locations in eight markets and nine chef driven concepts including Nashville favorites Adele’s, Sadie’s and Ella’s on Second.
