After 10 years in grocery store volume baking (Whole Foods, The Turnip Truck, Great Harvest Bread), Theresa Kereakes turned her sideline Holiday Gift Cakes business-to-business venture into her sole baking endeavor, focusing on Drunk Fruitcakes and spiced shortbread. She also lectures about punk rock at UCLA’s Herb Alpert School of Music.
