As the former Senior Director of Training at the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp and the current owner and Chief Eating Officer of Walk Eat Nashville, Shannon brings a wealth of expertise in customer service, cultural awareness, and culinary exploration. A founding member and board advisor for the Music City Concierge Association, Shannon is passionate about supporting aspiring hospitality professionals through scholarships and mentorship programs.
