Deb Paquette

Deb Paquette is the renowned Nashville chef for Etch and etc. restaurants. She’s a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the first woman in Tennessee to qualify as a certified executive chef. For over 30 years she’s been a trailblazer for chefs in the area, along with mentor and consultant. Chef Deb’s menus often reflect flavors and culinary inspirations from her world travels.
