Erin Kette is the Director of Operations, overseeing both Culaccino and Culamar.
Erin was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Erin has nearly 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, inspired by her parents' love story that began in a restaurant and further fueled by Danny Meyer’s "Setting the Table," which transformed her perspective on hospitality.
Erin's career journey includes notable roles such as General Manager at Catch Hospitality Group in New York City and General Manager at City Winery Nashville. Erin went on to spend many years with QED Hospitality Group, including serving as Director of Food and Beverage at the Thompson Nashville as well as COO for the group's concepts in Nashville, New Orleans, and Louisville.
Erin is also actively involved in the culinary community, serving as the Vice President on the board of Les Dames d’Escoffier Nashville. She resides in East Nashville with her 18-pound peekapoo puppy named Campari. In her leisure time, Erin enjoys curating cheese boards, exploring Nashville's vibrant food scene, and indulging in a good Sancerre for brunch on a patio. few things that Erin Kette enjoys more than a glass of rosé on a bright, sunny late-afternoon, but her love of hospitality is one of them. She started in the hotel and restaurant scene in Las Vegas, then moved on for the majority of her restaurant career in NYC working for hospitality companies such as BR Guest and Catch Hospitality Group. Erin is currently the Director of Operations for QED Hospitality in Nashville.
