Tickets Now Available for Annual “Lunch with Les Dames” Featuring Chef Carter Hach, grandson of Phila Hach, on Tuesday, Dec. 13

The Nashville chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier is pleased to present their annual “Lunch With Les Dames” on Tuesday, December 13 at Margot Cafe and Bar. This year it will feature chef Carter Hach, grandson of Nashville culinary legend Phila Hach and author of just-released The Hachland Hill Cookbook, along with a special guest appearance by Dame Daisy King–legendary in her own right.

This three-course luncheon and conversation, prepared by the team at Margot Cafe, will highlight dishes inspired from the cookbook, plus wine pairings. Ticket price of $95 includes a signed copy of The Hachland Hill Cookbook as well as tax and gratuity; additional books will be available for purchase at the event.

Phila Hach was a grand dame of Southern cooking lauded for her vision and hospitality. Paying homage to his grandmother, Carter Hach’s debut cookbook, The Hachland Hill Cookbook: The Recipes and Legacy of Phila Hach, shares the many stories and recipes that shaped the life of the beloved Southern cook, author, and television personality. A friend of Phila’s who also worked with her on the famed U.N. event, Dame Daisy King will also share some of her stories.

The annual fundraising event and holiday tradition allows Les Dames Nashville to further its mission of providing scholarship and mentorship to women in food, beverage, hospitality and farming, including its career advancement grant program.
