LDEI Nashville Presents “Integrating Your Business: 

Bringing Inclusion to the Front and the Back of the House”

WHAT:                 Les Dames d’Escoffier (LDEI) Nashville presents the second installment of its three-part Diversity, Equity and Inclusion symposium with Integrating Your Business: Bringing Inclusion to the Front and the Back of the House on Saturday, April 23. Integrating Your Business: Bringing Inclusion to the Front and the Back of the House will feature a conversation with Dame Naima Walker Fierce of Germantown Pub, Andrew Mischke of Rosemary & Beauty Queen and DEI Specialist Kellie Martin moderated by new media strategist Jason Luntz, Owner & Founder of URVoyce.

The session is part of the “Desegregating Nashville’s Food Scene: An Anti-Racism Brunch and Dialogue Series,” which reinforces the chapter’s mission to provide an inclusive culture within the hospitality industry. The final installment will be entitled Practice Radical Hospitality: How To Truly Welcome All on Saturday, May 21.
