I started my career food by helping open Flyte World Dining & Wine in Nashville, which provided me the opportunity to become part of the locally-owned Nashville restaurant community. From there I’ve continued my career in various sections of the food industry for almost two decades, and have had the opportunity to be part of contributing to the growth of several locally-owned businesses that have become staples in the community.
