Ashley Bouknight-Claybrooks

Dr. Ashley Bouknight-Claybrooks currently serves as the Owner and Operator of LilaLue Sweets, a small-batch bakery in Nashville. Dr. Bouknight-Claybrooks is also a historian and historic faux food artist. She uses the history of food and food preparation as an interpretive tool at museums and historic sites.
